About Us
We are Laster and Kanda Boggs and we would love to welcome you to Sunrise Ranch. This has been home for going on two generations. Sunrise Ranch is a place of peace and tranquility for us, and gives us opportunity to cultivate our dream of gardening, ranching, hunting and surrounding ourselves with the beauty of God's creation.
As we have time, we enjoy riding horses (and camping with them)!
We also enjoy touring on motorcycles, and try to devote at least one week a year to finding a new place to explore in our beautiful country.
We are passionate about family and marriages, so we love to interact with our 15 grandchildren. We also have enjoyed being marriage mentors at our local church.
We keep pretty busy and really look forward to the next chapter.... a wedding venue... to share with couples wanting to start their lives on a beautiful property, abundant with the blessings of nature.

At Sunrise Ranch we value clean, simple, wholesome celebrations. One of the most special aspects of our home/property is the atmosphere of gracious, peaceful living. With that in mind, we invite prospective clients who value a conservative approach to celebrating. We are happy to host weddings uniting traditional couples.
We are a dry venue, so while we are comfortable with a single celebratory champagne toast, we would ask that our clients refrain from serving alcohol to their guests. We will also ask that all music selections be limited to songs that contain no strong language; no graphic sexual, violent verbiage.
